Our Story

Established in 2017 by an aviation professional with over two decades of extensive experience, Alacon is a 100% Australia Veteran Owned Business. As a veteran business, we have a vested interest in supporting this community through employment opportunities and training.

We are pilots and aviation professionals. We are you!

We exist because we recognise the challenges and complexities of being successful in aviation. Alacon was established to assist our industry, to support its evolution and improve the overall culture and safety within it.

Our behaviours define who we are and what we collectively care about. They create a culture and a unique experience for both our employees and clients. Our values are the touchstones by which we measure our behaviours and culture.

We aim to be an employer of choice, committed to providing a safe environment which values the diversity of all employees and clients.

Although integral to the reputation that Alacon has built, our behaviours extend beyond the core values of respect, integrity, excellence.

Actively seeking out new and improved ways of supporting clients by leveraging the collective genius. It means being bold, empowering people at all levels to raise new ideas and necessitates sensible and thoughtful engagement with risk.

Sharing information and resources for the collective goal. Our employees listen and evolve together. and with the client.

We believe in people. Energise, engage and inspire them to produce brilliant outcomes.
